Pirates win easily against Edmond North, 62-45
Still playing without the big guy, Putnam City
showed Edmond North the entire Pirates roster.
Xavier Henry, the nations' No. 2 junior guard in
the country, makes news even when he doesn't play - like in the Edmond
North.
Playing without the star, who has an injured arm
and is considered day-to-day as to when he will be back in the line-up,
Putnam City unloaded Brandon Jackson and Garen Wright on the Huskies as PC
claimed a 62-45 victory on the road.
The Pirates started slow, leading only by three
at halftime, but came back strong as they outscored Edmond North 18-6 in the
third period.
Jackson scored 21 points, while Wright added 19
for the Pirates.
North was led by 6-foot-7 Eric Randall's 23
points.
