Del City opened the scoring in the first quarter on a 1-yard run by Keno Meadows. The drive began after Memorial fumbled the ball away on their first play of the game.

But the Dogs answered with a Pete Towne touchdown from the 4-yard line and a 28-yard field goal by Kenton Panas to sake a 10-7 lead into the second period.

Shane Roel scored a rushing touchdown for the Edmond squad on a 18-yard run.

Memorial led 17-7 at halftime.

The second half was not quite as exciting, but Memorial did score two more times. The first was on a safety and the other on a 19-yard pass from Towne to Kendric Green.

Del City scored once on a 1-yard touchdown by Robert Lopez.
